Biography of Rimma Filimonova, Deputy Energy Minister of Belarus

Born June 15, 1955, in the town of Kirov (Russian Federation).

Education Leningrad Palmiro Togliatti Engineering and Economic Institute, 1977, with a specialty in economy and power engineering. 

Career
From 1977 to 1990 – an engineer of the production and technical department, an economic operator and the head of the economic planning department of the Zhodino Heat and Power Plant. 

From 1990 to 1995 – chief economist of the Minsk Heat Supply System.   

From 1995 to 2005 – deputy director general for economy of the Minsk unitary enterprise Minskenergo.

In 2005 was appointed Deputy Energy Minister of Belarus.
